  • Scheduling: Upon booking a consultation through our website or contacting us directly, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your scheduled appointment.
  • Delivery: Consultations are conducted via phone, video conference, or in-person, as agreed upon. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • Follow-Up: After your consultation, you will receive a summary of the discussion and any agreed-upon action items via email.

1.2 Masterclasses

  • Enrollment: To enroll in a masterclass, please register through our website or contact us. You will receive a confirmation email with details about the date, time, and format of the masterclass.
  • Delivery: Masterclasses are delivered online or in-person. Access instructions will be provided in your confirmation email. For online masterclasses, you will receive a link to join the session.
  • Materials: Any supplementary materials or recordings will be provided after the masterclass via email or through a secure online platform.

1.3 Case Management

  • Initiation: Once you engage our case management services, you will be assigned a case manager who will contact you to discuss your case and outline the process.
  • Process: Case management services are tailored to your specific needs and will be provided as per the agreed timeline and scope. You will receive regular updates on the progress of your case.
  • Completion: Upon completion of the case management services, you will receive a detailed report summarizing the outcomes and next steps, if applicable.

1.4 CUSIP Search Service

  • Request: To request a CUSIP search, please submit your request through our website or contact us directly. You will receive a confirmation email with an estimated timeline for delivery.
  • Delivery: CUSIP search results will be provided within the timeframe specified at the time of your request. Results are delivered via email or through a secure online portal.
  • Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. If you have any concerns or discrepancies, please contact us for clarification or correction.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Consultations: Refunds for consultations are only available if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Masterclasses: Refunds for masterclasses are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Case Management: Refunds for case management services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have concerns about the service provided.
  • CUSIP Search Service: Due to the nature of the service, refunds are generally not available once the search has been processed. If there are issues with the results provided, please contact us for assistance.
